I was on a team that was tasked with helping Eugene Ballet’s social media increase engagement.

We first analyzed their social media, their competitors, and useful influencers using an external research report.

Then, we did a social media audit of Eugene Ballet’s key social media platforms to help compare the platforms, summarize data, and analyze content.

Finally, we presented our findings to Eugene Ballet and gave them actionable recommendations based on SWOT analysis, a development of objectives, and a target audience summary.

We also included an example of a content calendar that included the recommendations we gave them to increase followers and engagement.
